Is The Samsung ML-3471ND Printer and Toner Good For Fast and Heavy Workloads?

Choosing which printer is best for you or your business can seem like a minefield. There are so many makes and models out there promising the highest quality and wide variety of functions that it is helpful to do a bit of constructive research. Samsung is a well trusted brand in the technology market and has developed their printers for every customer.
The Samsung ML-3471ND is definitely a work-group capacity laser printer meaning it is capable at printing for a small office/group size in terms of speed, durability and economy. The Samsung ML-3471ND has a 33ppm speed and built-in duplex print function. However despite this speed and efficiency it is not as bulky as some industrial or office printers. It also has two-tone grey livery that makes it suitable for most office décor.
The Samsung ML-3471ND boasts a 250-sheet paper tray, which can therefore certainly support a busy work environment. There is also the option to add an extra tray that can fit another 250 sheets and there is also a 100 sheet multi-purpose tray. Therefore 600 sheets can be kept at the base of the printer without any issues. This may not be suitable for a very large office or business but can suit a smaller business perfectly.
Many modern printers have overly complicated control panels, which often leads to break-downs in offices as people misuse the machines. The Samsung ML-3471ND has a somewhat simple to use set-up. The 2-line by 16-character LCD display has simple instructions and commands and is also tilted so that it can be viewed easily under any over-head lighting, which is commonplace in an office environment.
A great simplicity the Samsung ML-3471ND holds is its duplex button. Most laser printers will require the user to go through the settings through the LCD menu but Samsung make it much simpler, which is convenient as printing on both sides of a sheet is common and also an eco-friendly way to work.
A big issue in high volume printing is saving toner and therefore cutting costs. The Samsung ML-3471ND has another ingeniously simple button 'Toner Saver' which can save up to 40%. This gives users an option they may not always consider which can save a business a good amount of money. This is a feature exclusive to Samsung and should not be confused with a 'draft' mode which can leave text looking jagged and unfinished.
The Samsung ML-3471ND requires little maintenance and is both Mac and PC compatible.
